The Chelle Salad 2.0
A staple at my house, the perfect, dinner (maybe add a piece of bread or a few chips if you want a bit of carb). The recipe below is as I make it although sometimes it might vary based on what’s available in the kitchen.
Romaine
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Garbanzo beans (or lentils)
Hard-boiled eggs
Green olives
Pickled beets
Optional: salami or smoked salmon
Balsamic glaze
Chop and add to bowl. Dress with balsamic glaze.
